Yoga Classes in Cambridge
What is Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient practice that connects body, mind and breath in the present moment. It offers individuals the opportunity to explore and learn about themselves in a non competitive, supportive environment. Yoga is a therapeutic way to help individuals release tension in the mind and body and helps them to find balance in the day to day.
Please note that Flourish now offers Trauma Sensitive Yoga, 8 week sessions per term, fully funded by ACC for those with Sensitive Claims. These sessions are faciliated by lead yoga teacher Erin Fairgray and psychologist Vanessa Beavan. Please contact hello@flourishwellnessnz.co.nz for more information.
