What is Pilates?
Pilates is a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises that emphasise body symmetry and abdominal control. Core exercises are designed to create an awareness of the deep torso muscles and to re-pattern any muscular-skeletal imbalances. All pilates movements are co-ordinated with breathing patterns and body alignment to provide maximum results.
CORE & STRETCH
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
The perfect way to strengthen, lengthen and balance with ease.
This class releases tired and tight muscles, calms the mind and strengthens your core. Incorporating aspects of yoga and Pilates, you'll leave this class feeling balanced, longer and stronger. This class is hugely complimentary to your other barre classes & extracurriculars. May include the use of props such as balls, sliders, hand weights and resistance bands.
Who this class is best for:
There are no prerequisites and all levels are welcome. Perfect for those who are looking for the benefits from both yoga and pilates in one class.

MAT PILATES/BARRE FUSION
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
The perfect mix of strength, core control and stretching.
This class focuses on small movements that build strength and stability in your core. It's a fabulous way to improve your balance, posture, confidence and mind-body connection. You will always have the option to challenge yourself or take the class at a slower pace.
Who this class is best for:
This class is a great introduction to both mat Pilates and barre, and provides a good workout. Also covering fundamentals if you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury or getting back into a regular exercise routine.

CORE & STRENGTH
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
The perfect way to really hone in on those small stabilising muscle groups.
This 60-minute core & strength class helps you find muscles you never knew you had. Focusing on strengthening our core, arms, and glutes. Using an assortment of props this class with leave your muscles shaking and your mind refreshed.
This class is hugely complimentary to your other barre classes & extracurriculars.

For those who have attended mat pilates or core and stretch and want to take their practice up a notch.

HIIT STRENGTH
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Taking your cardio workout to a new level while building strength.
This class is a power fusion class here to elevate your strength with Pilates and Barre fundamentals. Achieve sculpted muscles, core stability, and total-body strength through this dynamic class, blending the precision of Pilates and grace of Barre with strength training principles.
Experience progressive overload, expert guidance, and intentional movements for noticeable gains. Suitable for all fitness levels. Challenge your body, enhance endurance, and flourish with us.

It is an effective and safe workout that is suitable for all ages, gender and fitness levels. Pilates is progression-based fitness. Pilates technique engages the mind and the body to provide a full body workout.
