Where do you start?
All of our class descriptions list if the class is best suited for beginner, intermediate or advance level. However if you're unsure if the class is the right fit please feel free to contact the studio if you have any additional questions.
We have descriptions about each of our classes and what to expect on our Class Page, this might help you make a decision about what class will suit you.
Bookings and if it is your first time
All bookings and passes are purchased online through our PunchPass portal. Prefer to pay in person, no problem we have eftpos in the studio.
Once booked in, you will receive an email for your class from our booking system (PunchPass) to confirm you're all set to go.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out our client form, ask any questions you may have and get yourself settled into a good spot.
What should I wear?
Come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows for free movement and perhaps a couple of layers so you can cool down or stay warm when you need.
For all barre classes we ask that you wear grippy socks (which you can also purchase from us online or in studio).
For pilates classes we ask that you also wear your socks (these can be grippy or regular).
What to bring with you
A water bottle & towel. We provide all mats here in the studio, however if you prefer to bring your own, you're more than welcome to bring it along.
If you like to use a blanket at the end of your yoga session or to use as extra knee support, please bring one along with you.
Barre & Pilates both require socks (see 'what should I wear' section.
