Mobility & Yoga Gold Card Classes
We've had a few questions about our new gold card classes so why not help answer those questions here.
You can attend this class or ANY Flourish class as a gold card holder
These classes are at a slightly slower pace to help accommodate any modifications needed
Meet and mingle, make new friends then pop over for a coffee next door
Learn modifications in this class and then take them with you to other classes
Great for those returning to movement or recovering from injury
Not quite gold card age but think this is the correct class for you, no worries, pop along!
MOBILITY CLASS - MONDAY 8AM
Level: Beginner, Age 65+
Here to help you regain some mobility and strength.
This class is specifically designed for older bodies, with constructive stretching and strengthening work, optimising and enabling improved mobility that will maintain or improve your quality of life. This will be done with the assistance of the ballet barre for balance accompanied by great chats with like-minded people. For participants aged 65 and over.

For those wanting a good stretch and increased mobility. Incorporating aspects of yoga and pilates this class has it all.
YOGA CLASS - WEDNESDAY 10AM
Level: Beginner, Age 65+
Your practice does not have to be intense to be effective.
This class is specifically designed for older bodies, with constructive stretching and strengthening work, optimising and enabling improved mobility that will maintain or improve your quality of life. This will be topped off with our signature rest and great chats with like-minded people. For participants aged 65 and over.
