What is Pilates?
Pilates is a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises that emphasise body symmetry and abdominal control. Core exercises are designed to create an awareness of the deep torso muscles and to re-pattern any muscular-skeletal imbalances. All pilates movements are co-ordinated with breathing patterns and body alignment to provide maximum results.
CORE & STRETCH
CLASS TIMES: MONDAY 9AM, FRIDAY 6AM, SATURDAY 9AM
Level: Beginner
The perfect way to wind down.
This luxurious 60 minute core & stretch class releases tired and tight muscles, calms the mind and strengthens your core. Incorporating aspects of yoga you'll leave this class feeling taller and zen. This class is hugely complimentary to your other barre classes & extracurriculars.

There are no prerequisites and all levels are welcome. Perfect for those who are looking for the benefits from both yoga and pilates in one class.
BEGINNER MAT PILATES
CLASS TIMES: WEDNESDAY 7AM & THURSDAY 1PM
Level: Beginner
The perfect mix of gentle movement and stretching.
This class focuses on small movements that build strength and stability in your core. It's a fabulous way to improve your balance, posture, confidence and mind-body connection. You will always have the option to challenge yourself or take the class at a slower pace.
Who this class is best for:
Beginner pilates is a gentle way to get started if you are new to pilates, recovering from an injury or getting back into a regular exercise routine.
ADVANCED MAT PILATES
CLASS TIMES: MONDAY & FRIDAY 7AM, THURSDAY 6:30PM
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Find stability, alignment and strength
This class is for those who have been attending pilates for some time and want to take their practice to the next level of strength and complexity. This class focuses on small movements that build strength and stability in your core. It's a fabulous way to improve your balance, posture, confidence and mind-body connection.
You will always have the option to challenge yourself or take the class at a slower pace.
Who this class is best for:
Advanced pilates is for those wanting the extra challenge, a great way to strengthen muscles and mind-body connection.

The perfect way to really hone in on those small stabilising muscle groups.
This 60-minute core & strength class helps you find muscles you never knew you had. Focusing on strengthening our core, arms, and glutes. Using an assortment of props this class with leave your muscles shaking and your mind refreshed.
This class is hugely complimentary to your other barre classes & extracurriculars.

For those who have attended mat pilates or core and stretch and want to take their practice up a notch.
