New to yoga? We recommend trying a couple different Gentle Flow & Hatha Yoga classes. Each class will vary on the day however both of these style are gentle on the body and great for those trying yoga for the first time or coming back after some time away.

Wanting to up your yoga game? Try our Vinyasa or Power Flow Yoga classes. Both these classes are sure to raise your heart rate, challenge you physically and mentally and will leave you craving more.

Gentle Flow Yoga
An exercise class that feels like a warm hug for your body.

Find freedom and fluidity in body and mind as you connect breath and movement in this gentle flow class. As you warm up the body and gently move through your practice you will release stress and tension and become fully present within your body.
An accessible class that feels nurturing and loving to the body, you will come away from the mat feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Who this class is best for: Those wanting to stretch and strengthen. Perfect for those days when you want to move your body in a gentle way.

Hatha Yoga
Can't sit still long enough to meditate? This is the next best thing.

Hatha yoga is all about controlled breathing and posture. In this class you will move your body slowly and deliberately into poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.
Who this class is best for: Anyone who might be new to yoga or getting back into an exercise routine. If you're looking for a class that has a slower, more relaxed pace - this is it!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Yoga, but let's work up a sweat!

In this class you'll be moving from one pose directly into the next i.e. getting your heart rate up nicely! It's a faster pace, more challenging yoga class. You may even find muscles you’ve never felt before!
Who this class is best for: If you've tried yoga before, have a pretty good level of fitness and want to break a sweat. These classes are different every time so they will be fun and challenging!

Power Flow Yoga
Yoga, but let's power it up!

Challenge yourself with power flow yoga, creating strength through holds and flow. This class incorporates breath and strength for more of a challenging yoga class. 
Who this class is best for: If you've tried yoga before, have a pretty good level of fitness and want to break a sweat. These classes are different every time so they will be fun and challenging!
