Liora's Muesli Mix
I may be a bit biased but over the past year, I have perfected the best muesli. We use it as a topping in the evenings with fresh strawberries and yogurt as a dessert. But let's be honest, that could also be breakfast or afternoon pick me up. Any time of day, this combo is the best.
Now, if you know me and cooking, I'm not the best actually measuring anything. I'm more of a 'pinch of this', 'handful of that' kinda gal so measurements here are only approximate.
Ingredients:
- 1/4C liquid honey
- 2C puffed millet
- 1/4C linseed
- 1/4C chia seed
- 1/4C chopped almonds
- 1/4C açai berry
- 1/4C chopped dates
- 1/4C pumpkin seeds
- 1/4C sunflower seeds
- 1/2C shaved coconut
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- optional: 1/4C cacao
Method:
Mix it all together in one big bowl and then spread over lined baking sheet. Cook at 120C for about 30 min or until it starts to brown.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
