How to make a smoothie bowl at home
Ever go to a cafe and just love their smoothie bowl but not sure about paying the $18? Great news! We can teach you how to make your own for a fraction of the cost.
- Blend your protein of choice (our top fav is Isa Dutch Chocolate), about 100ml of cold water and LOTS of ice.
- Pour into your favourite bowl and top with all your favourites: seeds, frozen berries, sliced banana or maybe some specialty granola.
- Voila! Your own insta worthy smoothie bowl.
