I would highly recommend Liora’s barre class. I went to my first class last week and had no idea what to expect as I never done a Pilates class before. At first I admit I thought it was a bit unusual and not at all like my normal gym classes but after about 10 minutes in I realised this was not as easy as it looks. So I have just had my 3rd class of Barre today with Liora and have to say I absolutely love it. I was a bit sceptical at first as to whether me at the awesome age of 55yrs young would cope. I have never done ballet. My flexibility is non existent and balance not great.
